CARPENTER
A carpenter designs, cuts, and builds furniture using various types of wood, working on-site, in homes, or workshops.
Tasks:
- Measuring, marking, cutting, shaping, fitting, and finishing timber as per advised by the manger and Interior designer
- Using hand and power tools
- Installing wall partitions
- Assisting Senior carpenter to adjust doors, skirting boards, cupboards, and kitchens
- Working and understanding technical drawings (With Manager)
- Assisting outsourced interior designers to decorate apartments to attract quality guests on the Airbnb
SALES ADMINISTRATORS
Sales Administrator support the sales and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.
Tasks:
- Handle incoming inquiries
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with the design , Vista Print and UKPOS team
- Provide after-sales support, including follow-up on installations, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analysing data.
